Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring at Assembly Industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching top-quality global talent with the right clients. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices across both tech and non-tech roles, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and your own professional networks.
  • Prepare job descriptions as per requirements and publish jobs on job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews using the provided video response platform.
  • Conducting and coordinating interviews with the internal team and our clients.
  • Evaluate a candidate’s interview performance and prepare reports for each interviewee.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Create and post LinkedIn Ad Campaigns.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
 

Operational Efficiency

 
  • Track recruiting metrics and optimise processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Own recruitment dashboards and pipeline reporting to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms to maximize efficiency.
  • Stay current with hiring trends, talent markets, and emerging tools in the HR tech space.
 

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates. 
  • Proven success hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with global talent markets, especially in outsourcing or remote-first companies.
  • Preferred experience for the US Market.
  • Strong project management, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Lever, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Notion preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities.
