We’re seeking a highly motivated and operationally strong Director of Sales & Revenue Operations to serve as a force multiplier to the CEO and lead the revenue engine at Assembly Industries. This is a hybrid role that combines executive support, revenue planning, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll be the connective tissue across sales, operations, and product teams, ensuring the company is ready to grow and scale revenue efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support (CEO Enablement)
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, particularly for client-facing interactions.
- Join prospect and partner calls, drive next steps, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Create client proposals, pitch decks, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
- Manage relationships and coordination with outbound marketing partners, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Drive accountability and follow-through across high-priority initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end sales process and funnel management—from lead intake to close.
- Implement and optimize systems for lead tracking, CRM, and pipeline reporting.
- Forecast revenue growth and support the CEO in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align internal readiness with upcoming deals.
- Support pricing strategy, packaging, and go-to-market enablement.
- Act as the point of contact between Account Managers and Assembly Partners.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to support service delivery.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and financial tracking related to sales and operations.
- Continuously identify gaps in workflows, implement solutions for smoother execution, and build revenue operations dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen with experience working closely with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and writing skills—especially in creating client-facing documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion.
- High comfort with ambiguity and a startup-like pace.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack preferred.
- Prior exposure to the tech, outsourcing, or AI-enabled services industry is a plus.
