Position Overview
This position requires the candidate to be highly organized and proactive in providing Administrative and Marketing support our team across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative assistance, marketing support, and project management expertise to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and efficient workflow. This role also involves supporting employee productivity, managing content, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize emails, including sorting, responding, and flagging priority messages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for team members and leadership.
- Create and format documents, presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking client data, project timelines, and KPIs.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records for easy access and review.
- Schedule and post content on social media platforms to engage target audiences.
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Alpine IQ.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics of marketing campaigns.
- Research trends and best practices in cannabis marketing to inform strategies.
- Manage RSVP lists for events and maintain communication with attendees.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events to ensure smooth execution.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of visual assets, including photos and videos.
- Proofread and edit content for emails, social media, and promotional materials.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Set up and manage task workflows using tools like Monday.com.
- Provide reminders and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks to improve productivity.
- Support document preparation and internal communications.
- Help onboard new team members and train them on specific tools or processes.
- Research potential opportunities for partnerships or innovative marketing strategies.
- Manage invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare reports and summaries for team meetings and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in administrative support, marketing assistance, or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Experience of using email marketing tools like Alpine IQ.
- 2+ years of operating different social media platforms for digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
